This Privacy Policy describes how MadeToRaise, a service operated by Wadsworth AI, LLC ("MadeToRaise," "we," "us"), collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit madetoraise.com (the "Site") or use our business-plan preparation services (the "Services"). By using the Site or Services, you agree to this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide. When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, business or idea name, industry, the purpose of your plan, and any message you include. If you engage our Services, we also collect the business and financial information you share with us through our questionnaire and communications (for example: business descriptions, cost and revenue figures, ownership details, and goals) — this is the information we need to prepare your business plan.

Information collected automatically. Like nearly all websites, our hosting provider maintains standard server logs, which may include your IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps. We use these only for security and site operation. We do not use analytics trackers, advertising pixels, or marketing cookies, and the Site does not set cookies in your browser.

Third-party font service. The Site loads the "Inter" typeface from Google Fonts. When your browser requests the font, Google receives standard request data (such as your IP address). See Google's privacy policy for details.

2. How We Use Your Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not send marketing spam. Form submissions are transmitted to our team by email (to info@madetoraise.com).

3. Confidentiality of Client Materials

The business and financial information you share with us for plan preparation is treated as confidential. We use it solely to prepare your deliverables, we do not resell it, and we do not share it with other clients. We will not use your completed plan or identifying details as a marketing example without your permission.

4. When We Share Information

We share information only with: (a) service providers who help us operate (such as our website hosting and email providers), who are bound to use it only on our behalf; (b) professional advisers where necessary; and (c) authorities where required by law, or to protect our legal rights.

5. Data Retention

We keep inquiry and project information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the Services, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of your information at any time (see Section 6), and we will honor the request except where retention is required by law or needed for legitimate business records.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing info@madetoraise.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws (such as the CCPA for California residents or the GDPR for EU/UK residents); we will honor valid requests consistent with those laws.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, including TLS (HTTPS) encryption on the Site. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
